Name, company, phone, email, origin, destination, cargo data, dates, comments and any information voluntarily sent to request a service may be processed.
The basis for processing is the user's consent when submitting their data, the application of pre-contractual measures and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
Data will be kept for the time required to handle the request and comply with applicable obligations. It may be shared with providers necessary to deliver the transport service when essential.
Our quote assistant offers helpers to fill in addresses. When you type a postcode, it is queried against the Zippopotam service (servers in the USA) to suggest the town. When you use the address finder, the text entered is queried against Geoapify (geocoding services with servers in the European Union) to suggest the street and number. In both cases only the text needed for the search is sent; processing relies on your consent when using these features. You can choose not to use these helpers and fill in the fields manually.
In addition, to avoid losing what you are typing, the assistant saves a draft of your request locally in your own browser (device storage). That draft is not sent to our servers until you press "Send", and it is automatically deleted once the submission is complete.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to info@infinity-cargo.es. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority if you consider that the processing is not adequate.
